Robin Hood sword letter opener
A mini sword replica of the sword used by the heroic Robin Hood.
Possibly the most ornate of all the mini swords in our collection, this letter opener has a stainless steel blade with gold detailing on the fuller. This paper knife has a cross-guard that bears many animalistic qualities, such as claws on the ends that appear to be holding golden spheres. The rest of the highly decorative hilt is made up of a teal marble-effect grip and a hexagon shaped golden pommel with, what appears to be, a red jewelled centre.
Robin Hood is a legendary outlaw-turned-hero who stole from the rich to give to the poor with his partner in crime, Little John. Though there are many tales surrounding the Robin Hood legend, which all differ slightly, it is said that his main rivals were the Sherriff of Nottinghamshire and Prince John, who was ruling England in the absence of his brother, Richard Lionheart, who was away leading the Third Crusade.
The final resting place of Robin Hood is believed to be In Kirklees Priory, West Yorkshire. Legend has it that Robin determined his own burial place by firing a single arrow from his death bed with the help of his trusty companion, Little John.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the parcel. Any parcels that are undelivered, due to nobody being available at the delivery address or incorrect address being provided, or subsequently uncollected from pick-up location, will be returned to sender. We will automatically issue a refund for all products once they have been received back at the museum, however, the cost paid for shipping is non-refundable.

Collect in store
If you choose to collect in store, we will send you a notification once your order is ready to collect. Collections can be made from the shop at Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds during opening hours. You will be required to show your order confirmation email and a form of ID for the name on the order. Limited short stay, road-side parking is available on Clarence Road or Citipark operate the nearby Leeds Dock multi-storey car park. Please note that parking charges may apply.
International shipping outside the UK
All international orders will be sent by courier. The estimated delivery time for European deliveries is 7-10 working days*** and 10-14 working days*** for rest of the world, however this is not guaranteed.
