WWII Supermarine Spitfire MK V8 335 KL
The Supermarine Spitfire is the most famous British fighter of the Second World War. Its design turned out to be very innovative, which made it possible to use the fighter throughout the war. Poles also flew the Sptifire! The VB version produced since 1941 was distinguished by a more powerful Royce-Rolls Merlin 45 engine, the performance of which allowed it to compete with the latest German Messerschmitt BF-109. The wings were armed with two 20mm cannons and four 7.7mm machine guns. Polish AS Jan Zumbach from No. 303 Squadron also flew the Spitfire.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the parcel. Any parcels that are undelivered, due to nobody being available at the delivery address or incorrect address being provided, or subsequently uncollected from pick-up location, will be returned to sender. We will automatically issue a refund for all products once they have been received back at the museum, however, the cost paid for shipping is non-refundable.
Age verification
All sales of replica blades, replica firearms and alcohol require age verification, therefore, these can only be sent with the Parcelforce Age Check service (24 or 48).
Collect in store
If you choose to collect in store, we will send you a notification once your order is ready to collect. Collections can be made from the shop at Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds during opening hours. You will be required to show your order confirmation email and a form of ID for the name on the order. Limited short stay, road-side parking is available on Clarence Road or Citipark operate the nearby Leeds Dock multi-storey car park. Please note that parking charges may apply.
International shipping outside the UK
All international orders will be sent by courier. The estimated delivery time for European deliveries is 7-10 working days*** and 10-14 working days*** for rest of the world, however this is not guaranteed.
