Longclaw mini sword letter opener — Game of Thrones

£32.99

Mini sword replica of Longclaw, the sword possessed by Jon Snow in the fictional book series A Song of Ice and Fire and the HBO television series Game of Thrones.

The sword, which originally boasted the head of a bear as the pommel, belonged to Jeor Mormont (Lord of Bear Island, Head of the House Mormont and Lord Commander of the Night's Watch). During the Wight attack at Castle Black, in which the Longclaw sword sustained damage, Jon Snow was responsible for saving the life of Jeor. As a token of gratitude, Joer had the pommel altered to the head of a Dire wolf to represent house Stark, and gifted the sword to Jon Snow.

This paper knife is a replica of Jon Snow's Longclaw in every way, after the simple stainless steel cross-guard the ribbed black grip leads to an intricately cast white dire wolf's head with fierce red jewelled eyes at the pommel. The stainless steel blade of this miniature replica hand and a half sword is tapered, mirroring the original Valyrian steel blade from the stories. Valyrian steel is a fictional material forged using spells, giving the weapon magical properties.

Now is your chance to own a small piece of the world's favourite TV and book series. With the addition of one of our miniature sword stands (which are sold separately), this magical replica will take pride of place on your home or office desk. This is an epic gift for any Game of Thrones fanatic and is fully equipped for slicing open even the toughest of envelopes.
