One of the most unique items in the entire Royal Armouries collection, the Art Deco Baby Browning is a mysterious proposition. Created by a Belgian firearms manufacturer in the early 1930s, it was then lavishly decorated by an unknown but skilled craftsperson. It features a blue frame and slide with floral and geometric patterns inlaid in gold. No one knows who owned it, but it made its way to the Armouries following the Firearms Compensation Scheme of 1997.

In 2023-2024 it was displayed as part of the Armouries Re:Loaded exhibition. Object number XII.11254.
