The support we receive from our members helps us to care for our collection and share the stories revealed by these objects, bringing history to life for as many people as possible.
If you would like your support to go further, please consider becoming a contributing member. Contributing membership could help us in a number of different ways, for example…
A gift of £25 could enable us to buy five of the ten arming points needed for each of the individual armours in our handling collection
A gift of £50 could buy the materials needed to conduct pest management in one of our galleries for six months
A gift of £100 could go towards a travel bursary, enabling a school from a deprived area of Leeds to bring a whole class to the museum for an amazing experience outside the classroom

- Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment
- You will receive your digital members pack within 14 days of payment
- Please retain your confirmation email as proof of membership
- Your confirmation email will contain your discount code for the online shop
- For Joint Membership, please state the second member’s name in the notes section of the cart page

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the parcel. Any parcels that are undelivered, due to nobody being available at the delivery address or incorrect address being provided, or subsequently uncollected from pick-up location, will be returned to sender. We will automatically issue a refund for all products once they have been received back at the museum, however, the cost paid for shipping is non-refundable.
Age verification
All sales of replica blades, replica firearms and alcohol require age verification, therefore, these can only be sent with the Parcelforce Age Check service (24 or 48).
Collect in store
If you choose to collect in store, we will send you a notification once your order is ready to collect. Collections can be made from the shop at Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds during opening hours. You will be required to show your order confirmation email and a form of ID for the name on the order. Limited short stay, road-side parking is available on Clarence Road or Citipark operate the nearby Leeds Dock multi-storey car park. Please note that parking charges may apply.
International shipping outside the UK
All international orders will be sent by courier. The estimated delivery time for European deliveries is 7-10 working days*** and 10-14 working days*** for rest of the world, however this is not guaranteed.
Please note that some products are not available to ship outside of the UK. A full list can be found on the Restricted Items page. Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address that include a restricted item may be subject to cancellation and a refund will be issued. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
