To purchase a product, or just to put it into your shopping basket for a later decision, choose the item and make any associated product choices e.g. colour, then click the 'Add to Cart button'. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'Cart' button. When viewing your cart you have the option to update your order by amending product quantities or removing items.

When you have selected the products you would like to purchase proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, all customers have the option to register their details with us. This allows you to check the status of your order, and receive updates on new products or special offers. If you do not wish to register your details the order can be completed with the provision of an email address only.

If for some reason a product is out of stock we will contact you with the options of waiting for the item to be back-ordered, receiving only those items currently in stock or cancelling the full order.

Once your order has been shipped or your ticket has been reserved ready for collection on the day of the event, you will receive an email that says that your order has been completed.

After your order has been shipped we will email you to invite you to review your purchase and make sure that you are happy with the service you have received.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order we will email you to inform you of this.
